What is your return policy for worn gear?
We offer a 30-day 'Trail Test' guarantee. If your shoes don't perform as expected after a few runs, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, even if they've seen some dirt.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can follow your gear from our warehouse to your trailhead.
Are your hydration vests and packs BPA-free?
Yes, all hydration bladders and soft flasks sold at Run Trails are 100% BPA and PVC-free to ensure your water stays clean and safe during long-distance efforts.
